NightTech Services Inc. provides software development services, repair services, and POS systems services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without liability to you or any third party. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Privacy

5. Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on all repairs services. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only. Parts are covered under its source's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
NightTech Services Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by NightTech Services Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Prince Edward Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
